For example, if you have meat and fat but need to work out how much of either you need then this calculator can help. If you have a 80% meat and 20% fat ratio for the recipe and you have 3,000 grams of meat, then the calculator will tell you how much fat you need to make up the 20% required. Or the other way around. Add the fat you have and it will work out how much meat you need.
