Creole seasoning is a spice mix commonly used in Creole cooking. It is used to give just about any food an extra kick. It's made up of garlic, salt, black pepper, white pepper, oregano, and parsley, among other things. It's a great choice for proteins, soups, stews, potatoes, vegetables, and more.

Method

Mix everything together.

2.50 tbsp (7.5 Teaspoons) paprika
2 tbsp (6 Teaspoons) salt
2 tbsp (6 Teaspoons) garlic powder
1 tbsp (3 Teaspoons) black pepper
1 tbsp (3 Teaspoons) onion powder
1 tbsp (3 Teaspoons) cayenne pepper
1 tbsp (3 Teaspoons) dried oregano
1 tbsp (3 Teaspoons) dried thyme
