Method
One at a time, place the chicken in a large zip-lock bag.
Mix all of the ingredients together . Add the marinade to the bag and massage the marinade into the meat until evenly coated. Seal the bag and place in a bowl in the refrigerator; let the chicken marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to 150 degrees C. Place the chicken on indirect heat. Grill untill the skin is light brown. Test to see if the chicken is done by cutting into the chicken with a sharp knife. If it's still red close to the bone, continue grilling a few more minutes.
Turn the heat to high and grill the chicken over very high heat until the skin is nice and crispy.
