Lamb Chops in Marinade


Ingredients

4 lamb loin chops
2 tbsp (6 Teaspoons) soy sauce
2 tbsp (6 Teaspoons) worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp (3 Teaspoons) red wine vinegar
1 tbsp (3 Teaspoons) fresh parsley, torn or dried parsley
2 tsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp fresh basil or 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash pepper

Method

  1. Place chops in a shallow dish or a ziplock plastic bag.
  2. Combine the soy sauce through pepper with 1/4 cup (60 ml) water and pour over the chops.
  3. Cover (or zip) and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Grill or broil about 5 minutes 3-4 inches (7.5-10 cm) from the heat source.
  5. Turn, brush with marinade, and broil for 3-5 minutes more.
